ODPP still reviewing CoI files
While their review continues, FICAC has charged Deputy Prime Minister Manoa Kamikamica as a result of findings from the CoI report.

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is still reviewing the 11 case files referred by the Fiji Police Force.
The files are linked to the Commission of Inquiry (CoI) into the appointment of former Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption (FICAC) Commissioner, Barbara Malimali.
Nine individuals were implicated in the CoI report, which was referred to Police on June 16, 2025.

The ODPP confirmed that once the review is completed, Police will be updated and informed of any further action or charges to be laid.
