Bail extended for twin brothers
It is alleged that on December 14, 2018 in Suva, the two brothers while being drunk, behaved in a disorderly manner.

Bail has been extended for twin brothers charged with serious assault, drunk and disorderly behaviour and resisting arrest.
Twenty-two-year old Ratu Veiwili Loanakadavu and Ro Veidovi Loanakadavu appeared before Magistrate Deepika Prakash in Suva yesterday.
Ratu Veiwili is also charged with two counts of serious assault while Ro Veidovi is also charged with one count of damaging property.

On the same day, both brothers resisted arrest.
It is also alleged that on December 14, 2018, in Suva, Ratu Veiwili assaulted a Police officer in due execution of his duty.
Ro Veidovi is alleged to have unlawfully and wilfully damaged the accessory vest belonging to one of the arresting officers worth $151.80, the property of the Fiji Police Force.
Defence lawyer for both the accused persons Nancy Tikoisuva told the court that the transcript of the video recording was not given to the defence team for all three files.
Prosecutor from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Rajshneel Chand, was given 14 days by the Magistrate to check on the transcript of the video recording.
The matter was adjourned to May 14 to fix a hearing date.
Bail was extended for both accused persons.
