Students of Ba School for Special Education managed to escape after a morning blaze partially destroyed their classroom yesterday.
This was confirmed by National Fire Authority media officer Anishma Prasad yesterday.
“There were no casualties reported as the 40 school children and teachers had been safely evacuated. The regular fire drills conducted at the school greatly contributed to the safe evacuation of the school children,” she said.
