Temo Tantrum

I learn from the news from Fiji that the act­ing Chief Justice, Salesi Terna, is considering contempt of court proceedings against Mag­istrate Seini Puamau because, in his opinion, she was "way off line" in dealing with the Bainimarama-Qiliho case.

This is a knee jerk reaction on the part of the acting CJ, in my opinion, because in the wise words of Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabu­ka, I believe we are "not there yet".
