The Fijian women’s squash team settled for bronze in the team discipline event after beating Papua New Guinea 2-1 yesterday.
Team manager Frank Chan said they came to Apia for a purpose and they want to return home with a medal.
“I reminded the players to do their best and win a medal because we can’t return home empty-handed otherwise we will get the same negative comments,” he said.
