Fiji women rugby league team created history after winning their first gold medal in the Pacific Games beating PNG 16-4.
Fiji captain Timaima Ravisa opened up Fiji’s scoreboard scoring their opening try followed by Merewairita Nai and was converted by Ravisa.
PNG replied quickly in the second half with a try and an unsuccessful conversion.
