Fijiana to play Wallaroos in March
Australia will begin their season against the Fijiana, as they hope to retain the Vuvale Bowl.

The Vodafone Fijiana XVs will open their 2026 season against the Wallaroos at the GIO Stadium, Canberra, Australia, on March 27.
Rugby Australia (RA) made the announcement yesterday which include a 10-Test schedule for the Wallaroos in 2026 featuring a historic tour of the USA and a three-match series in the UK and Europe.
Australia will begin their season against the Fijiana, as they hope to retain the Vuvale Bowl.
The Wallaroos will play their 100th Test ever as part of a loaded 2026 season.
“The road to the 2029 World Cup in Australia begins now for the Wallaroos and the schedule for the next 12 months allows the squad to build a solid base,” RA chief executive officer Phil Waugh said.
“Having a consistent 10 Test matches each year for the next three years provides stability at the international level for the players to get quality matches in.
“The Wallaroos will play the top teams in the world, including Rugby World Cup 2025 runners-up Canada, and renew our rivalries with New Zealand and the United States.
“The opportunity to travel to the US and Europe provides vital experience for the squad, while we look forward to hosting Scotland on home soil for the first time.”
