BSP acting Country manager Ravindra Singh has confirmed the Bank has a dedicated in-house documentation team to assist 1st Home Buyers with accessing the Government Grant Scheme to boost their initial contribution for a Home Loan.
“We have helped many First Home Buyers gain access to either $10,000 or $5,000, for constructing a home or purchasing a home,” confirmed Mr Singh.

The BSP Home-Buyer promotion was relaunched last Thursday with great rates for Home Loan customers; 3.95 per cent p.a fixed for six months, 4.5 per cent p.a fixed for 12 months and a variable interest rate of 6.25 per cent p.a.

The Government Grant Scheme is earmarked for individuals or couples with an annual income or joint annual income of not more than $50,000 who are buying or building their first residential home.
