Three tertiary students charged over Nauluvatu death

Three tertiary students have been charged over the death of a 30-year-old man whose body was found at Nauluvatu Settlement on Sunday morning.

The two 19-year-olds and a 20-year-old were last seen drinking with the man shortly before his body was discovered.

Police said that following consultations with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, the three were jointly charged with one count of murder under sections 237, 45 and 46 of the Crimes Act 2009.

They are expected to appear at the Suva Magistrates Court today.
