Now that Gollings' contract has been terminated, was Osea Kolinisau's name the second choice in the panel's choice for 7s coach?

I have been reading online about the procedures, which were taken to choose the Fiji 7s head coach.
The shortlisted chosen applicants were interviewed in English and finally the panel chose Ben Gollings to be our 7s coach.
Now that Gollings' contract has been terminated, was Osea Kolinisau's name the second choice in the panel's choice for 7s coach?
