Fijian youths were busy calling for SODELPA Member of Parliament, Mosese Bulitavu, to resign.

The call comes after Mr Bulitavu on his Facebook page had labelled married Indo-Fijian women as promiscuous.

He also said that the iTaukei community had learned stabbing from the community had learned stabbing from the Indo-Fijian community.

Surprisingly, the call for Mr Bulitavu to resign also came from former SODELPA youth leader Pita Waqavonovono.

Mr Bulitavu yesterday said he had made a public apology and that he had made a joint statement with Party president Ro Filipe.

When questioned whether he was going to resign, he said he would not and according to him, the issue was resolved.
