The Lautoka Golf Club is ready to host the second and final 18 holes individual stroke event on Saturday. The event is sponsored by Lotus Foreign Exchange.

Tournament director, Abhinesh Dass has confirmed that the four men’s team in each of the A,B,C and Junior’s categories will be part of the National Team’s Club Championship to be played on Saturday, May 4, at the LGC.

“The tournament proper will see fantastic prizes in all the categories alongside a host of novelty prizes,” Dass said.

Dass thanked Lotus Foreign Exchange Lautoka branch manager Kavinesh Prasad for their support. This is the company’s first sponsorship at LGC.

Members are urged to come out in numbers to qualify and enjoy the national team’s championship hosted by Golf Fiji that will see all entry fees and lovo lunch paid by the parent body.

Likewise, positive support has come from supportive committee members like Reginal Ram and Rajiv Lal.

LGC captain James Krishna commended Dass and his team for attracting new sponsors for the 2024 season.

This week the fairways and greens will be in better condition to see a host of top scores in each of the A, B, C and Juniors divisions.
