The Senirusi Seruvakula-coached Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) is testing its armoury before the 2025 Ratu Sukuna Bowls clash in Subrail Park, Labasa next month.
Members of the RFMF extended squad defeated the touring Stockman Rugby from Australia, 41-24, during the friendly match under scorching heat at the Prince Charles Park, Nadi yesterday.
They played four quarters of 20 minutes.

The match is part of the Stockman Rugby team’s inaugural tour to Fiji, supported by the Australian Government’s PacificAus Sports programme in partnership with Rugby Australia and Fiji Rugby.
RFMF team manager Semi Baravilala said the friendly match is part of the campaign for their Sukuna Bowl campaign.
“This is just a build-up, we were expecting some gaps, so we’ll be filling it up in our next matches,” Baravilala said.
The next friendly match is against the Fijian Warriors.
The RFMF side march into camp after the Skipper Cup competition ends.
Meanwhile, RFMF engineers will challenge the Bougainville and Bainimarama Shield from holders Navy on Friday.
Also on Friday, the Stockman rugby side will play Malolo development side at Mana Island Park before they take on the Fiji Warriors side in Nadi next week.
