23-Year-Old Joins K9 Pawsitive Training, Hopes To Join The Fiji Police Dog Unit
Patrol dogs are trained in obedience, protection, searches, tracking, and criminal apprehension.

Twenty-three-year-old Kritika Latchmi is one of the 12 people participating in a K9 training exercise with dogs for security patrol operations at Votualevu in Nadi.
Ms Latchmi’s love for dogs from an early age has got her looking forward to a chance to join the Fiji Police Force Detector Dog Unit in the future.
The K9 training by Waisea Salele is where participants undergo a three-month training at the K9 Pawsitive Training Fiji.
