Director of Public Prosecutions Files Nolle Prosequi For Burglary Case

The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions yesterday filed a nolle prosequi to discontinue proceedings in a case of aggravated burglary and theft.
High Court judge Justice Daniel Goundar discharged Manasa Waqaniyaseyase from the charge.
The court also heard that Waqaniyaseyase has a pending matter before the Magistrates Court in Suva, for which he is currently on bail.
