Unity in diversity among different races and background during any religious festivity defines our unique identity as Fijians.

This show of love was displayed on Tuesday by villagers of Namuavoioi in Bua Province to a resident teacher, Reena Chand.

Villager, Inosi Salababa, said the joy of celebrating Holi with a fellow Indo-Fijian sister was a great feeling.

Ms Salababa said cultural tolerance was important so that peace and harmony could be maintained among all citizens.
