Josivini Naihamu was named the 2026 McDonald's Fiji Player of the Year, capping a memorable campaign in which she also collected the Encore Players' Player of the Year and Fiji Airways Try of the Year awards.

After a season defined by consistency, leadership and five tries in six matches, Josivini Naihamu walked away as the biggest winner at the McDonald's Fijian Drua Women's Annual Presentation Night, claiming the club's highest individual honour.
Naihamu was named the 2026 McDonald's Fiji Player of the Year, capping a memorable campaign in which she also collected the Encore Players' Player of the Year and Fiji Airways Try of the Year awards.
The presentation night celebrated another milestone in the Drua Women's journey, bringing together players, staff, sponsors and supporters to reflect on the 2026 Super Rugby Women's season and the club's five-year rise in the competition. This year, the Drua Women finished the regular season as minor premiers for only the second time and earned the right to host Fiji's first Super Rugby Women's Grand Final.

Her spectacular try was also voted the 2026 Fiji Airways Try of the Year, beating shortlisted efforts from Aqela Raitubu and Kolora Lomani during live voting at the awards night.

Carletta Yee was named the 2026 Mogul Fan Player of the Year after becoming a fan favourite through her performances and strong engagement across digital and social media platforms.
Promising newcomer Varanisese Qoro claimed the 2026 Rooster Chicken Women's Rookie of the Year award after an impressive debut Super Rugby Women's season. The award recognises first-year players who demonstrate outstanding self-leadership, discipline and professionalism, with Qoro making an immediate impact throughout the competition.
The evening celebrated not only individual excellence but also another landmark season for the Drua Women as the club continues to build on its success in Super Rugby Women's competition.
