Sila Central U18 upsets defending champions
Speaking to SUNsports, head coach Sailosi Nakelo said the win has given his players confidence heading into the semi-final.

Sila Central College has booked a place in the Weet-Bix Raluve Under-18 semi-final after beating defending champions Natabua High School 10-8 in the quarterfinal.
Speaking to SUNsports, head coach Sailosi Nakelo said the win has given his players confidence heading into the semi-final.
“Our main challenge is in school as we have only one ground and we all train in it,” he said.
“The ground is also shared with the school’s hockey and netball teams, so we will make do what we have.”
Nakelo hopes to improve their defence ahead of the semi-final.
“We have to improve on our first-up tackle, and this was exploited by the Natabua girls as they ran through us time and again,” Nakelo said.
He thanked their supporters for turning up to cheer them on.
